Adam Bodnar on ECtHR’s Alajos Kiss v. Hungary in Europejski Przegląd Sądowy 10/2010. The case interests the Polish constitutionalist as Article 62 (2) of the 1997 Constitution strips legally incapacitated persons of voting rights.
