2012 Towards European Constitutionalism

The 2012 edition of the seminar will take place on 4-5 June 2012 (Monday & Tuesday), with special session with Prof. Winston P. Nagan (University of Florida Levin College of law) on Monday evening (18h30-20h00) .

Working papers and materials will be mailed and posted on a rolling basis.  The special session’s paper by Prof. Nagan can be downloaded from bepress (Sovereignty in Theory and Practice).
